Our Story...
Jennings International Education Leadership & Training was founded by Kate Jennings in 2014. A recognized leader in international education with a reputation for inclusive, innovative, and entrepreneurial approaches to her work, Kate was consistently consulted for advice and asked to offer training sessions and workshops for institutions and associations provincially, nationally, and internationally. So began the story of Jennings International Education Leadership & Training.
Now, following more than two decades in senior leadership in international higher education roles in 5 institutions in 3 provinces in Canada as well as volunteer leadership and training roles provincially, nationally, and internationally, Kate leads our organization to provide services focused on continuously moving our sector toward inclusive, responsive, and critically informed initiatives and practices.
We work with international education associations, higher education institutions, and individual professionals in the field of international higher education and global engagement who are based across Canada and internationally.
